Medicine Creek Enterprise Corporation (MCEC) is dedicated to driving sustainable economic growth and prosperity for the Nisqually Indian Tribe, which has empowered MCEC to manage all Nisqually Tribal Corporations. We foster enterprises that champion the wellbeing of the Nisqually People and their neighbors through innovative business development and regional economic leadership.

To establish Nisqually Tribal Corporations as the preeminent Tribal Corporations in the Pacific Northwest by building a thriving, resilient economy that ensures pathways of economic growth and prosperity for future generations of the Nisqually Indian Tribe and its surrounding communities.

MCEC exists to empower the Nisqually Indian Tribe by managing a diverse portfolio of enterprises that generate revenue, create jobs, and contribute to the Tribe's current and future economic success. Everything we do is rooted in supporting the Tribe’s cultural legacy while driving a positive impact on the entire region’s economy.

Donation Application

  • The Nisqually Red Wind Casino distributes X2 Funds to qualifying programs once per calendar year. As laid out in the Gaming Compact, ‘Thirteen one-hundredths of one percent (0.13%) of the net win derived from all Class III gaming activities, determined on an annual basis, shall be dedicated to problem gambling education, awareness, and treatment in the State of Washington.’

    Additionally, ‘Thirteen one-hundredths of one percent (0.13%) of the net win derived from Tribal Lottery System activities, determined on an annual basis, shall be dedicated to smoking cessation, prevention, education, awareness, and treatment in the State of Washington. Contributions shall be made to governmental, charitable and/or nonprofit organizations that have as a purpose the discouragement of the use of tobacco’.

  • To Apply for X2 Donations:

    Use application, request letter, and request amount as a complete application packet.

    To Qualify for X2 Donations:

    The organization must be in support of addiction rehabilitation or community enrichment through rehabilitation and proactive education described above.

    • Applications are due by January 30th, 2026.

    • Both fund recipients and non-recipients will be notified via mail.
